Complaints


At Battalion Martial Arts, we are committed to maintaining a training environment that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all. We take this responsibility seriously, and any actions that undermine this environment will be addressed swiftly. Unfortunately, in our efforts to foster such an inclusive space, we must exclude individuals who hold or express offensive, derogatory, violent, or hateful views.

 

If you need to report a concern regarding:

  • The conduct of a student toward yourself or others within the club
  • The conduct of a coach toward yourself or others within the club
  • The behavior of a Battalion Martial Arts member (student or coach) at a related martial arts event
  • The behavior of a Battalion Martial Arts member (student or coach) outside the club that damages the reputation of the club or its members

All complaints will be investigated, and the club’s disciplinary and grievance procedures may be initiated if deemed necessary.
